What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including debit and credit cards, PayPal, and more. When you proceed to checkout, you will be prompted to select your preferred payment option. How long will it take to get my order?
Our standard delivery time for orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday is next day delivery. However, please note that certain items may not be eligible for next day delivery due to varying stock availability or shipping restrictions. We advise that you refer to the product description for accurate delivery times and any additional information. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We are always here to help!
What is your return policy?
At THE TECH CLUB, we accept returns for all products you purchase from our store. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the item to us within 14 days of purchase, and the product needs to be in its original packaging. This includes items such as boxed trainers, where the packaging is an essential part of the product.
Please ensure any attached tags are undamaged and attached when returning the item. You also have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in a right of action against you for compensation.
If you need to return a product due to a defect or fault, please contact us, and we will examine the goods and promptly process your refund. Our refund process takes up to seven working days from the date of return, and the refund will be reimbursed to the same payment method used when purchasing the item.
We also accept exchanges, but a reprocessing fee of £5.50 will be required to cover the costs. Please note that this fee does not apply if the item has been sent to you incorrectly, or the item is faulty. In these situations, we will cover all costs.

What shipping options do you offer?
- £5.50 via DPD local next working day service
- £15 via DPD local Saturday delivery
- £12 via DPD local classic Ireland
- £18 via DPD local international EU countries
Additional shipping info
To qualify for next day delivery in the UK, orders must placed before 4pm Monday - Thursday. Any orders placed after 4pm Thursday will be delivered on the next working day.
To use the Saturday delivery method, orders must be placed before Friday at 4pm.
All orders must be signed for upon delivery.
Not going to be in? Use DPD's pick up service via tracking information sent to you, so you can pick up your order from a collection location that is convenient to you.
You can use the 'leave in safe place' option via DPD, however safe delivery of your order will be your responsibility after you have used this option.
For all orders outside of the UK, delivery will take up to 10 working days
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel your order after it has been placed. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. It is important to contact us as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of a successful cancellation.
